Right now, I'm a founding team member and Head of UX & Design at Krobar.ai, an AI fintech startup. I lead product and UX from early concept to production, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, human-centered experiences and supporting early commercial traction.
Alongside this, I work independently as an innovation coach, helping organizations validate ideas, improve product quality, and adopt evidence-based ways of building products. I've partnered with global companies and public-sector teams including the UK and the US governments, Unilever, Logitech, Hilti, ABN Amro, Pernod Ricard and Allianz, across Europe and the US.
Previously, I led global innovation and Lean Enterprise initiatives at PMI and worked as a senior designer on large-scale digital products in banking and media, building systems used by millions across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Life
Most of the time, you’ll find me in a van near the mountains, snowboarding or running while listening to podcasts about the world, people, and how things work.
